Right Time Sports Management is an international organization providing total immersion soccer programs in a variety of overseas destinations. Our programs enable competitive youth and adult soccer players the opportunity to play and compete with highly competitive foreign clubs.

The Pro RTS Year program gives players over the age of 18 the opportunity to experience football and life in another country. RTS places each player individually among one of our partner foreign club teams to train and compete for either one full or one – half season.

Players undergo an initiale valuation period upon their arrival, while training with an RTS partner club, to determine at what level the player will compete for the season. The evaluation is conducted by the RTS partner clubcoaching staff and the RTS program manager. Upon placement, RTS manages each player's International Transfer Certificate, enabling full participation in official season matches.

Complete the entire application and return the original copy to RTS. Applications will not be accepted unless they are complete and all attachments included. Please print legibly in blue or black ink. Make a copy of theapplication for your own records, and were commend usin gatraceable carrierser vice such as certified USPS, DHL, or Fed Exforshipment.

Were commend that you keep a folder with copies of all documents related to your exchange program.

 

Required Attachments:

 

·     €750 Enrollment deposit: This deposit is put toward your total program cost. It should be made payable to RTS via check or money order.RTS also accepts payment by VISA or Master Card via our online registration platform. Do not forget to include your name on the payment. Payment made by credit card are subject to a 3.25% transaction fee and one time €7 registration fee.

 

 

·  Copy of your passport: Please include a photocopy of your valid passport. If you do not have a passport yet,apply for it now.A copy of your passport will be accepted later.

 

 

·    Copy of your player resume

 

Application Tips:

·    Application Agreement: Read thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the policies of the RTS program described in the program agreement at the end of the application. It is necessary that you and your parents fully understand this information and sign the agreement prior to acceptance to the RTS program. The rules have been established to create a safe, enjoyable, and successful program for you.

 

 

·    Make sure that your RTS application has been completed neatly and entirely. Double-check to make sure that all of the required attachments and signatures have been accounted for.

 

 

Program Includes: 

·   Round-trip air fare from a major international airport near your home (in the continental U.S.) including domestic and international flights.

 

·   Air port transfers on arrival and departure.

 

·  Accommodation in shared flat(Germany) or Host Family(Spain&England) or double-room in Student Residence (Spain). Single rooms available in Spain Student Residence at additional cost.

 

 

 

·   Enrollment in language institute and full tuition for Germany. Spain tuitionis paid separately and costs roughly 2000-4000 Euros per year. 3 meals per day included in Spain program for players placed in host families. Meal plan options available for Spain Student residence at extra cost.

·    Placement with highly competitive Amateur soccer club.

·     Support with visa process

·     Management of international transfer to foreign club.

·     Soccer league fees and club membership fee.

·     Health and accident insurance.

·     24-hour emergency assistance.

·     Pre-departure and in-country orientations.

·     Supervision, guidance, and support during the application process and throughout the program.

·     Ongoing player support and advisement.

 

 

Program does not include:

·          Passport and visa application fees as applicable.

·      Food & Meals not included for Germany or Spain Student Residence option.

·       Language School tuition for Spain is not included in the program fee and costs roughly 2000–4000 Euros per year.

·          In country transportation (train/bus passes,etc.).

·          Personal expenses (e.g.,toiletries,clothing,internet,callingcard,activities).

·          School expenses beyond tuition(i.e.books).

 

·          Any other itemnotspecified.

 

 

 

Program Prerequisites:  

·          Ages   Germany:18+         Spain:18+          England:18-20

·          Players must be currently competing at a competitive level of soccer in their state or country.

·          Must demonstrate strong academic record and interest in foreign culture.

·          Players chosen on a first-comefirst-serve basis for all of those who fulfill program requirements.

 

 

Visa Requirements:  

RTS will provide enrolled players with an enrollment confirmation as well as the following items that are usually necessary to apply for a student visa.

 

·          Proof of enrollment in language institute

·          Proof of accommodation

·          Flightitinerary

·          Proof of medical insurance

 

 

Players are responsible for meeting all the visa requirements of the relevant country of their program. Requirements may vary depending upon the responsible consulate of your area, so please check with your local consulate for exact visar equirements.

 

Germany may require participants to deposit funds for living expenses in toalocked accountina German bank as are quirement for visa approval. Participants are thus advised that as are quisite for admittance in to ourprogram, they must be able to not only meet the RTS financial requirements detailed below,but also those of the German consulates. Please ask an RTS representative for further details.
